About Bonvin

Wine is easier to enjoy when you can remember what you have.

Bonvin is building a focused wine companion for iPhone: one place to identify a bottle, manage a cellar, decide what to open and remember what you tasted.

Why we are building it

A wine collection should help you choose, not create more admin.

Cellar spreadsheets record data but rarely help at the moment that matters. Wine databases can identify a label but often lose the personal context. Tasting apps remember opinions but not what is still waiting on your shelf.

Bonvin connects those moments. The same wine can move from a scan, to your cellar, to an opened bottle, to a memory you can find again. The interface stays visual and the important details remain easy to correct.

Product principles

Clear records. Honest guidance. Less friction.

01

The bottle comes first

Inventory, maturity, value and tasting history should stay connected to the exact wine and vintage.

02

Uncertainty stays visible

A scan match, drinking window or market value is useful only when Bonvin is clear about confidence, source and date.

03

Private until you share

Your cellar and journal are personal. Sharing a wine should never expose the rest of your collection or notes.
