Respect the person behind the profile
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or target another person. Do not use friend requests or wine shares to send repeated unwanted contact.
Content that is not allowed
- Hate, harassment, threats or encouragement of violence.
- Sexual content, exploitation or any content involving minors.
- Spam, scams, misleading links or commercial solicitation.
- Impersonation or sharing another person's private information.
- Illegal alcohol sales or attempts to help minors obtain alcohol.
- Copyright or trademark infringement.
Privacy and discovery
Username discovery is off by default. Your cellar and tasting journal remain private unless you choose a specific sharing action. Never post private information in a wine note or share it without permission.
Report and block
Every Wine Pal connection includes controls to report, block or remove the account. Blocking prevents new connections and wine shares. Reports are private and reviewed by Bonvin. Urgent safety or abuse concerns can be sent to support@bonvin.app.
Enforcement
Bonvin may remove content, restrict sharing or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Serious or repeated abuse can result in permanent removal. We may preserve limited evidence when required to investigate a report or comply with law.
